We are closed on Sundays; however, as a courtesy to our clients, we allow boarding guests to be picked up from 3pm–5pm (except holiday weekends). A full day’s board will be charged for guests picked up on Sunday, unless a bath or groom is requested.

  • Can we schedule a tour?

We welcome visitors and understand that as good pet parents, you should meet the people who will care for your pet and see where they will stay and play. This will ensure that you are comfortable when leaving them at ABC Pet Resort & Spa. No appointment is necessary for a tour, but we prefer that you come between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday through Saturday.

  • Can I bring my pet’s own food?

We are excited to serve only premium quality pet food for your pet to satisfy their pallet with beef, chicken, or fish varieties. If your dog is on a special diet or doesn’t switch foods easily, we will be happy to prepare your food at no additional cost. If your pet is on a special diet and would like us to feed your own pet’s food, we’ll prepare it at no additional cost. Please put it in zip–lock baggies by portions. All pets are fed according to their own home schedule, whether it’s once, twice or three times daily. Meals will be served in Kleanbowls, which are stylish stainless steel bowls with eco-friendly liners that provide a healthier feeding experience.

  • What are you vaccine requirements?

ABC Pet Resort & Spa does not require specific vaccines. Instead, we honor each veterinarian’s guidelines for our customer’s pet. Your pet must be current with vaccinations according to your veterinarian’s protocol; however, we strongly recommend that your pet is vaccinated for Canine Influenza. If you have any questions regarding our policy, please give us a call before bringing your pet to ABC Pet Resort & Spa, and we’ll be glad to discuss it with you.

We encourage you to bring items such as a towel, a small blanket or even an item of your clothing to help make your pet feel more relaxed. Toys are welcome; however, we don’t accept rope toys due to the chance of their unraveling which can cause choking.
