Team Member Truths

Yellow-Band Collars

Keeping our guests safe and secure has always been a top priority for us. For years, we attached ID bands with the pet’s name printed on them and placed around his neck while he was with us. During Co-Vid we weren’t able to get the ID bands, but happily, this month we are able to implement the yellow-band collar protocol again! They are important for identity purposes when giving meds, to ensure we have the “right” black lab for a service, and to be prepared in case the unthinkable happens with an “escape artist”! Having proper ID and the safe-keeping of your pet is first and foremost always at ABC!
